> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE> 90% as determined by HPLC
Formulation :
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, 2mM DTT (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution :
Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Storage and Stability :
-20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt.-80°C for 3-6 months after reconstitution.2-8°C for 2-7 days after reconstitution.Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Product Concentration :
Tris-Bis PAGE Human IL-37b on Tris-Bis PAGE under reduced condition. The purity is greater than 95%. SEC-HPLC The purity of Human IL-37b is greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Background :
IL-37 is a unique member of the IL-1 family of cytokines, which functions as a natural suppressor of inflammatory and immune Interleukin-37 (IL-37), a newly described member of IL-1family, functioned as a fundamental inhibitor of innate inflammatory and immune responses. IL-37 has five different isoforms, and IL-37b is the most biologically functional subtype. IL-37b Inhibits PGN Induced Cytokines and Chemokines via the Downregulation of Intracellular Nuclear Factor (NF)-κB, PI3K–Akt, and ERK1/2 Pathways.
Synonyms :
IL-1F7b; IL-HLa; FIL1 zeta; IL-1X; IL-1F7; IL-1H; IL-1H4; IL-1 zeta; IL-1RP1; FIL1Z; IL1F7; IL1H4; IL1RP1
